Assignment 1 Maggie

        My full name in Judith Margaret Anderson, but I have always been called Maggie. This year my academic goals are to keep straight As and stay ahead of my work. I also want to become involved in more clubs and groups at school. I intend to work on the school plays this year, though I don't actually want to be in them. I also plan to become a more regular presence in the Latin club.
        The most meaningful moment of my summer vacation was going to the Corning Museum of Glass in New York. I greatly recommend that museum to anyone going to Corning (it's pretty unavoidable if you're in the area). It has amazing and beautiful exhibits, a fantastic gift shop that I think I spent at least three hours in and classes. I signed up for a glass-forming class and made a flower and I enjoyed it so much I went back and took the glass-blowing class, making an ornament.
        I fence, though not particularly well, and I have stopped going to tournaments. My favorite thing to do is read. I also enjoy going to stores and looking at stuff, but as that means getting up and going outside, I don't do it much. My favorite website is probably www.youtube.com, though I don't really consider it my favorite.
