Assignment 13: Eli Wrinn

There is a problem, as I'm sure you know, with the United States Government today. They don't realize how important it is to love this country. All they care about is making as much money and gaining as much power as possible. They fail to realize that this is the best country to ever exist and that ever will exist. They don't realize that compared to us, the other cultures of the world are shallow and silly. Take Russia for example, their music includes composers like Shostekovitch and Tchaikovski. Please, I bet I didn't even spell their names right let alone pronouncing them. In America, we have gifted artists such as Big Shaq and Lil' Pump. Also, have you seen the disgusting food these other cultures have. The USA invented pizza and hamburgers, the best foods I have ever tasted. I am getting progressively angrier as I am writing this so I might as well get to my proposal. We need to make people appreciate how special it is that they get to live in this great nation. The government is letting people pour into this country because they only care about making money off of them and not so that they have more people to love their nation. Therefore, I suggest that no one can enter the country unless they show how much they love it. Immigration tests must include taking a hit from an NFL linebacker, completing the Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' Wing Challenge in under 3 minutes, and singing the national anthem while in a straight jacket upside-down underwater and then escaping. Now I know some of these challenges seem very difficult and almost impossible, yet if people wanting to get in love this country as much as I do, anything is possible.
