Assignment 15: Eli Wrinn

I'm sure whoever wrote the prompt to this blog post had something in mind that they really enjoy thinking about. I, on the other hand, do not have anything that stops time whenever I think about it. Of course, I am a rare case of the oxymoron a "sports nerd." I love watching and following basketball, baseball, and football at both the college and professional levels. I know you are thinking How can this guy watch MLB for 162 games. The trick for watching leagues that seem boring is to have a team to root for, it makes it much more exciting when the team isn't awful. I have this covered at the college level, being the biggest UK fan there is by my age. (Honestly, find me a bigger one) For the professional level, I love the Steelers, the Orioles, and the Wizards. Another thing that "stops time and transports me to a place of Zen" is philosophical and theoretical physics. This is the only thing that I enjoy learning about. This is another reason I am excited for college, because I will finally get to learn it and it seems like I will be able to fully enjoy what I'm learning. (Except for AP Language and Composition, I love this class!!)
