These are some of the books I’ve read over the past year.
1. “All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten” by Robert Fulghum. This book is
fantastic. The simplicity of the ideas with the complexities they come with in modern society
is fascinating. I love the structure of the book, each chapter a different story. It makes it an
easy book to re-read because there are a few passages I particularly like such as “ChickenFried
Steak” “Crayolas”
2. “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding. Piggy! When I initially read this book in the 8th
grade, I had nightmares of being on a plane and crashing on an island. This was one of the
1st books I analyzed in depth. And out of curiosity, I re-read this book to see if I would pick
up on more than I did initially. Overall, a great book of the decaying of society.
3. “The Lost Hero” Rich Riordon
4. “The Outsiders” S.E. Hinton. Stay Golden Ponyboy.
love fulgum!
