My family has always been somewhat religious, specifically my mother. I was also aligned with this system of faith for a while, but more recently I have begun to question those beliefs, and more specifically why one believes in a faith.
Religion has always been a touchy subject for me, seeing as I grew up in the church. I've begun to make a name for myself, seeing as I am a part of my youth group's leadership "committee" known as PA. Since Band started, I haven't been attending these meetings, and I haven't gained or lost anything from going. I just don't understand the idea of being put on the earth for a purpose, let alone this life of ours just being an overly complicated test of faith. Maybe I'm a simpleton with no idea of the future, but these things recently just aren't clicking.
I have yet to inform anyone in my family or my church of my "new" beliefs, but seeing as one of them is in this hour I'm sure he'll read this and inform everyone of my ideals.
