Assignment 7: Katie Chen

Honestly I still don't know where I want to go to college. Adults put so much pressure on choosing the right college, it starts to sound like a life or death scenario. This one decision affects not just the next four years, but my entire life. There's literally hundreds of options, so how am I supposed to just pick one?
I do have some requirements for choosing a college however: I want to go out of state, I want to do something creative with my life, and I don't want a mountain of debt at the end of this.
I've lived in Lexington in my entire life, and I'm ready to get out of Kentucky. I like to think of myself as a worldly person, wanting to constantly travel and explore the world.
As far as choosing a major, I'm not quite sure. All I know is that I have to do something creative. I need to be doing something that excites me at every turn. I don't see myself going into accounting and having a traditional office job. I need to be constantly creating, whether it be through art or something else.
At the end of the day, I might just choose whatever college gives me the most money.
