Assignment 7: Megan Meadors

One of my biggest goals in college is to do a study abroad in France or a francophone country. Even before doing an exchange this summer I have wanted to travel the world and explore a new culture. At my dream college, Berea, there is a program allowing students to go on a study abroad without it costing an arm and a leg, so I hope to be able to participate. As far as for what I want to study, I would like to major in Business Marketing and minor in French. Besides that though, I am excited for the independence college brings. I consider myself fairly self motivated to do well, but I am ready for the other clubs and classes that college will allow me to participate in. All of these should help prepare me for the future, going into business and will hopefully set me up for a good career. Though it is still difficult to find a job in today’s society, a degree in business is very applicable in many fields and I hope I can find something of interest for me.
